In this performance management training for managers, Tonia Morris prepares managers & supervisors for this difficult, yet very important job- performance feedback.  In today’s workplace employee feedback is very important so that the employees feel valued and can contribute to the performance process.


In today’s workforce performance feedback is ESSENTIAL as a tool for retention.  In a survey conducted by Pew, many employees who left their employers indicated one of the main reasons for leaving was not receiving feedback.
