OVERVIEW
Many large companies have several domestic abusers in their workforce who can present numer-ous safeties, financial, and legal risks to their employer, particularly if they work alongside their victim. Our upcoming webinar discusses how workplace violence policy can be used to deter and deal with abusive employees.
The webinar covers the following key areas:
• Safety, economic, and liability risks that domestically violent employees present
• Domestic violence prevention tips and how to recognize and respond to domestically vio-lent employees
• Employer responsibilities and protections when addressing domestically violent employees
