Inclusion captures an all-embracing organizational ideology that secures the best effort and discretionary effort from employees.

Cultural diversity in the workplace refers to the individuals from different backgrounds and ethnicities that form your team or workforce. By embracing the diversity that has been established in the organization and then moving to inclusive initiatives, you, as a manager, will work to treat diverse others with respect and help them reach their potential and work at the top of their capabilities.

WHY SHOULD YOU ATTEND

The National Center for Public Policy and Higher Education estimates that by 2020 the minority representation in the workplace will be 37%. Today, millennials make up 53.6% of the workforce and more than 44% of millennials classify themselves as “other” than white. Cultural diversity in the workplace is identified.
