I'm an SSHO on Ft. Hood out here in Central Texas. As an SSHO things can get a little boring after you get set up and have the job site running your way. I like to do courses in the safety field to fill in these times.
Does anyone know of some good courses or a place to find these online courses that aren't going to cost me Hundreds of dollars. I've bee going to OSHAcademy and taking theirs. I'm almost finished with the list they have to offer. If I could find courses on the EM 385 1-1 that would be a home run. I see the 16 and 40hr courses. They are a little pricey. Id like to see a 385 course that would break it down to $20 lessons with a certificate at the end of each lesson. If anyone has some links for me I'd appreciate it.
Thanks a lot for sharing such an informative information about it. I didn't have any knowledge about it.
I have heard that OSHA has cited one of the naval base where the handling of fuel and other hazardous materials was not done properly.
I will try for you, but first of all you need to tell me the place where you want to do the course as there are some institutions those provide the courses in particular countries and even for the citizens of some particular countries.
Im working and live in Central Texas. Austin/Ft. Hood/Waco area.
How about you approach sites like this one. If they can't cater to your needs themselves, maybe they can recommend someone or a school that can help you.
