I agree. So much of money is used in bringing workplaces to safety. Unfortunately, most companies still compromise with the safety guidelines and use poor quality of material, equipments, and man power to get their work done. It imposes more threat and increases the chances of workplace accidents.

1. Poor quality of equipments used.
2. Lack of knowledge
3. Divided attention at work
