the 5 s are really good one
Good advice Mr. Green. In every workplace, this practice not only can boost morale, but make activities for the next workday for all workers within an oganization much better and efficient to work. There is nothing worse than to come onto a worksite or workplace and tools and equipment are all over. Disorganization and uncleanliness creates an unhealthy situation. The 5S from japenese origin, and maybe from the era of just in time practices and Total Quality Management, a western idea. Phases of 5S:
Sorting (Seiri)
Straightening or Setting in Order / stabilize (Seiton).
Sweeping or Shining or Cleanliness / Systematic Cleaning (Seiso)
Standardizing (Seiketsu)
Sustaining the discipline Or Self Descipline (Shitsuke)
SafetySafety
