There are many products available today which have been specifically designed to reduce the risk of injury in construction.

What new, innovative tools and products are you using on the job...any tools geared towards preventing injury?

Have you ever been injured on-site? I want to hear about it!

I represent the DoorJak... THE ergonomic solution to preventing back injuries when installing heavy, over sized doors. Anyone ever used it? If so, any sort of feedback would be great. I attached our product information, just in case anyone wants to check it out.

Interesting device. Has anybody used it in a new home construction environment? It looks like it would be able to move the wall panels with no problems. What is the cost of this device?
Hi Tom,
Yes, the DoorJak has been used in new home construction environments and on high end residential projects etc; some companies use it for wall panels as well as doors. The DoorJak50 (which handles up to 250lbs) is $685+shipping (average: $40 UPS), and the DoorJak100 (which handles up to 750lbs) is $2,995+shipping (ABF Freight-charges vary depending on delivery location). To see the DoorJak in action, check out our video and/or for more information please visit: www.doorjak.com. Thank you very much!
