I have been tasked with updating our Contingency Plan. My problem is that this Plan is over 30 pages of information. It is too long, doesn't apply to a company our size (we are smaller), and it's confusing. If anyone is willing, I could really benefit from being able to look at any different currently used contingency plans. I would like to scale ours down without leaving anything out. We have about 100 employees and are on the coast so hurricanes specifically are a worry.
Can anyone help?

How do you identify critical notices and information/tools in case of an emergency? Is there a visual tool that you employ to represent Emergency Action Planning or a variety of different symbology? ICE (In Case of Emergency) could serve to reign in all the various symbols that you might being using under one umbrella.....and apply to employees daily lives off the job. Let me know if I can help in that regard.
