You may not be aware of another tool for JHA, JSA etc which we host. It's a free to use open-source tool for generating and storing what we generically term pre-task planning documents. There are over 240 ready to use (or modify) JHA style documents in the free public library. The value of the system to the 500 or so users grows as more contributions are made, so it depends on experts like you helping out.

You can register for the vPSI Online Pre-Task Planning & Library System at http://vpsionline.com

Cheers,
Norman
