Chris, this type of system is so very important. It is often mandated by OSHA in certain standards for a host employer and a contract employer. Two area that come to mind are Confined spaces and Lock Out/Tag Out. Not only that but it is a MUST that you are continually communicating formally and informally to you employees. And let us not forget DOCUMENT...DOCUMENT...DOCUMENT!
