If you're interested in workplace safety, you should check out the iP Safety Conference & Expo. The Fall 2008 conference is being held in Salt Lake City November 11-13. For more information, check out If you can't attend the conference, iP magazine ( is a great resource for workplace safety information and education!

Isn't workplace safety what we're all about? I promote not only OSHA required safety issues, but also security and medical. I act as the plant nurse being an EMT. I spend half my time dealing with associate's health issues.

In looking around at all the groups, I noticed that there wasn't any group specifically addressing workplace safety. I realize that this is very general and that much of what gets discussed in other groups will apply here as well. I hope that others will join in the discussion and feel free to cross-post issues that are raised in other groups as well.
