Hey Bob-

Saw your comment on my page, I hate to say it but I think your fear is right on the mark. I am based in Florida and although we have infrastructure projects coming down the pipeline, everyone is so gloom and doom, they aren't looking towards the future. Plus, several companies either won't or can't spend money until the job is secured.
