Hi Mike, I read your article that you posted about incentives and promoting the safety message to improve on OHS directly. It opened my eyes to a lot of things that we are dealing with at the moment. We have had incentives and awards in the past where we have reached safety targets and the like, but as with our figures being quite excellent we have been having incidents that do not tally up those acheived targets. Thank you for your input and I look forward to any other information on the subject. Regards.
