We all know cut protection is important - or there wouldn't be so many hand and finger injuries. But how do we get employees to wear gloves? Heck, often I can't even get my husband to wear gloves when he's working with wood and power tools. It's so frustrating! He knows he should but on some level he still feels it's "easier" not to. I'm working on him.
