The doors should have smart locks because they are much more difficult to get through than the old school locks. Smart locks should not be used on the front doors but the back doors as well. You should also educate the tenants to shut the windows when they are not in the building.

These are some basic security precautions you should take to keep the buildings whether they are domestic or commercial safe and secure. Taking security measures will save you a lot of trouble which makes it a great investment.
