Pro-Sapien partners with LMS365 to offer integrated Learning Management on Office 365

Pro-Sapien Software, specialist providers of EHS software on Office 365, has announced its partnership with fellow Microsoft ISV ELEARNINGFORCE International to offer Training Management alongside Pro-Sapien’s HSEQ Innovate.

ELEARNINGFORCE’s product LMS365 empowers people through learning management fit for the Modern Digital Workplace. Managers can create, distribute, and track learning courses; employees can manage their own learning schedule with progress trackers, notifications and certificates.

Integrated with HSEQ Innovate, training data can become a valuable leading indicator on EHS performance dashboards or an important factor in root cause analyses.

The new partnership allows Pro-Sapien clients to deploy Training Management as a ‘module’. As both programs already utilize Office 365 logins, the user experience will remain seamless.

Both HSEQ Innovate and LMS365 are Office 365 add-ins, fully integrating with Microsoft programs such as SharePoint, Power BI, and Teams. The common relationship with Office 365 facilitated a more wholesome EHS system.

Lars Kjærsgaard, Senior Business Manager at ELEARNINGFORCE International, commented:

“We are excited to take the next step into a fully integrated Office 365 EHS Employee Workplace.”

“LMS365 and Pro-Sapien deliver the EHS knowledge and EHS solution together. Pro-Sapien sets the standard in the EHS and Office 365 space while LMS365 closes the training gap that often exists within EHS organizations.”

“We experience simplicity, user-friendliness and availability as key elements in training – LMS365 integrates training inside the EHS employees Daily Work Place.”

Demand for Training Management is growing, with independent analyst firm Verdantix reporting that 89% of respondents to the Global EHS Leaders Survey 2018 will use it widely in 2019.

Pro-Sapien can now accommodate this demand and strengthen its position as a fast-growing EHS software provider.

Murray Ferguson, Commercial Director at Pro-Sapien, commented:

“Training is a cornerstone of EHS, so we are delighted to now offer clients an excellent management solution. Rather than reinventing the wheel, we’ve partnered with LMS365 to give companies an award-winning training system whilst maintaining the seamless Office 365 integration that Pro-Sapien is all about.”

“Together we are delivering the integrated, user-friendly management software that EHS professionals are in need of.”

Pro-Sapien and LMS365 will showcase their integration in early 2019 with a joint webinar. In the meantime, you can learn more about our EHS Learning Management here.
