They offer protection for the whole face. People especially the doctors can use face shield when treating an infected wound. The cleaning fluid might splash and cause infections. Face shields can also be used when working in a dusty environment like quarry or road construction. They ensure that the whole face is protected from dust.

4. Helmets

people use helmets to protect their head from injuries. They can be used when cycling. They prevent the user from excess wind and incase of an accident the head is highly protected. They can also be used in construction industry to protect the head incase of falling slabs or stones.

5. Earplugs/ Earmuffs

Personal protective equipments which protects the ears. People can use earplugs when working in a very noisy environment to prevent the eardrum from damage. Ears are very sensitive. Very loud noise might result to hearing problems.

6. Safety shoes and boots

These protective equipments ensures that your legs are safe. They can be used by carpenters when building houses. In case the floor is slippery they prevent you from falling. They also prevent you from damage which might occur as a result of falling stones.

7. Chemical suits/ disposable overalls

They cover the whole body thus offering protection to the whole body. They can be used in agriculture especially when spraying chemicals to plants. They ensure that the whole body is protected from the dangerous chemicals. They can also be used in laboratories during research.
