What do you think is  the best all-in-one book out there for optimizing personal safety and the safety of one's family?  Right now I have Be Alert, Be Aware, Have a Plan: The Complete Guide to Personal Sec... on order, but it's 15 years old.

Books on safety aren't written very often.  Some titles I gleaned from Amazon.com's top-selling safety and first-aid books list (https://www.amazon.com/Best-Sellers-Books-Safety-First-Aid/zgbs/boo...):

"The American Red Cross First Aid and Safety Handbook" (1992)

"The Hundred-Year Lie: How to Protect Yourself from the Chemicals That Are Destroying Your Health" (2007)

"The Unhealthy Truth: One Mother's Shocking Investigation into the Dangers of America's Food Supply-- and What Every Family Can Do to Protect Itself"  (2010)
