Keep safety in mind. It will save your behind.

Do not depend on others for safety — Help yourself.

Safety" It  is a choice not a chance"

Safety is not a choice at all - that implies that people who are injured chose to get hurt or that all fatalities are suicides!! That's why we call it an accident. If you are really keen to understand more about this then please read http://www.safetyrisk.net/safety-is-not-just-a-choice/

You need to choose safety  above all , accidents cannot  be   avoided by chance rather it is a choice you make to stay safe by using appropriate gear and safety measures.

I wish Safety would grow up and become more intelligent. You cant save people just by putting up a silly slogan - in fact you increase the risk by confirming safety as a boring joke. Why dont we put stupid aphorisms up at home or when we are with friends? Because we know how to have intelligent conversation with them but we are treated like dumb robots at work. Safety needs to understand more about human psychology and the deep unconscious reasons why people make the seemingly irrational or counter-intuitive decisions they do - sorry but Safety has no idea! See this one then: http://www.safetyrisk.net/safety-slogans-dont-save-lives/

Safety will keep us alive. :)

What does that actually mean? What is safety that makes it so powerful? https://www.safetyrisk.net/what-is-safety/

It means no injuries,no any loss then we will live happily.

Does it mean no injuries? Is that possible? Is safety a thing or a state of mind? We have to be very careful of making meaningless statements like "Safety First" - that is not how people learn

Gleaned from my Time Machine travels:

"'Tis dangerous to take a cold, to sleep, to drink; but I tell you, my lord fool, out of this nettle, danger, we pluck this flower, safety" --Shakespeare

"The safest course is to do nothing against one's conscience. With this secret, we can enjoy life and have no fear from death." -- Voltaire

"Let the people know the truth and the country is safe." -- Abraham Lincoln. (Seems to have worked out better in the long run than during his Presidency... still, in America and this world, there is a lack of truth-telling in so many ways.)

The importance of onboarding

The importance of onboarding can be understood from the fact that it starts with the induction of the new hires and acclimatizes them with all the important aspects of the new organization, such as the culture, environment, people, and the business. In the light of the important elements that go into onboarding; it is a fallacy and a misconception to assume that it is yet another ritual that HR has to perform with new employees, hand them a cup of coffee and carry out the paperwork.Onboarding…See More
