Walking Working Surfaces and Personal Fall Protection Systems (Slips, Trips, and Fall Prevention) In its Spring 2015 Regulatory Agenda, OSHA said this rule would be released in August 2015. It’s now been pushed back another eight months to April 2016. It’s been languishing in the rulemaking process since 1990. What do you think? Will it finally happen?

Who's to say. NIOSH purchased a Safe T Climb from me back in 2007 to evaluate it and they haven't gotten anywhere yet. The Safe T Climb unit prevents an extension ladder from falling down when left unattended or while climbing and we have sold thousands of them. It is the solution to the extension ladder problem and yet there has been little to no activity that we know of. I think it's important for them to move forward to help the accident ratio out there.
