AED in the mfg plant

I have a question for the group.I'm the HSE support and the EMT for our plant. The AED we have is 7 years old this March. We have had to replace battery twice and pads regularly as they expire(again in 4/10).I have the trainer unit for training the first responders. The AED is locked in case and checked regularly has never been used, but is in a shop environment. It has been sugested that it be replaced/updated.  Just wondering what your thoughts are on this.Randy See More

Sandblast PPE

Need some help with our respirator/SCBA. Finding out that there are health requirements for the people using this equipment. Plus I not sure about the equipment. There is a hood and a monitor on the wall. The monitor has not been inspected since 2001. If anyone has experiance with these items let me know.Incase you can not tell I'm new to the HSE department. Thanks for your help.See More
